My name is Parul and I am an integrative nutrition health coach.

I help busy men and women lose stubborn weight within 3-6 months and keep it off forever, through healthier food choices and gradual lifestyle changes.

In my experience of working with young moms to CEOs, I’ve realized that the approach of calorie-counting or restrictive diets fail miserably as you try to walk the tightrope between professional and personal commitments.

I understand that the demands of a fast-paced life with frequent travels, long hours of sitting and juggling multiple roles as an employee, leader, parent or partner leave you with little to no time to prioritize your health.

In fact it took a personal health crisis back in 2018 for me to seriously re-consider my own priorities.

From not having fallen ill for 2 years to multiple ailments one after the other in a span of 2 months it was a rude shock.

This is when I decided to turn my nascent passion for fitness into a full-fledged career.

Having struggled with the demands of a high-performance life, I made it my mission to equip ambitious and successful men and women like me with the right knowledge, tools and self-awareness when it comes to their health, so that they can make the best decisions for themselves in any given circumstance.
I truly believe that given the right guidance each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet.

There is no one-size fits all diet or lifestyle. Your health needs are just as unique as YOU are.

It is my vision to create a world where people view good health as a foundation for a successful life where “slowing down to speed up” becomes the new mantra, because when your mind-body and soul are truly nourished from the inside, I guarantee it will translate into a richer work and personal life.

To re-discover true joy, we’ve got to put the real meaning of ‘life’ back into our lives.


After completing my degree in advertising and public relations as a gold medallist from a top communications school in India, I worked as a corporate communications executive for a couple of years. Thereafter I completed my masters in climate change and sustainability from The Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and travelled across the world while working towards environmental sustainability.

After a successful work stint in Austria in 2017, I briefly worked with a celebrity fitness coach in Mumbai, India before starting my education at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York – the world’s largest nutrition school. 
Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help my clients find the right lifestyle that works best for them.

I had always been passionate about health and wellness. However, it was my own struggle to maintain work-life balance and chronic health issues that inspired me to turn this passion into a career choice.

It was in 2019 that I decided to set up a full-time coaching business.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of life are connected.

Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?

During my sessions, I look at how all parts of life affect your health as a whole.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.

Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated.
